Upgraded swimming lesson to the group for 5-12yo. Parents not allowed to chip in anymore. Solely relying on the instructor. Yet she s the smallest in size. *wipe sweat* now we just watching for side, fold arms only and admiring the smallest girl from afar. *worry + weird + proud + wanted to laugh* mode

She Has Changed So Much....

1 1/2 years ago, Carol would be screaming and wailing murder. Daddy got to sit with her while getting her hair cut.
Now, we just pretend dumb. Daddy and mummy would be reading magazines, leaving her all alone, sitting quietly and not even making a single protest until the end. Even the aunty commented that Carol has changed so much. Let's hope she will continue to get better.

Little Boss At Home

Little pumpkin face has progressed to the stage of giving mummy instructions. Example : Mummy lie down, mummy dance, mummy sleep, mummy go take shower, daddy tummy dance!, go playground, off the lights! etc.
Our dialogue each morning
Mummy : Do you want to go to school?
Carol : Dun want!
Mummy: What you want?
Carol : Oi oi (sleep), *pull blanket and sing lullaby to herself*
Our new challenge with fear has begin, she suddenly develops fear with animal, especially dogs, goat, duck, geese.
During our visit to Kee's Farmstay, tis little girl burst out screaming : Goat Bite Bite! Dog bite bite! Duck bite bite!
Mummy is tired of consoling her. At last, mummy threatened her somemore. "Scream somemore and goat will bite your backside" LOL.

Binocular anyone?

Recently her OT recommend playing with paper binocular to encourage eye contact. So I'm like rolling up 2 drawing paper, tie with rubber band and look at each other eyes while counting 1-10 to maintain eye contact. But well, you need to make it sounds fun, like playing games. Thus, while looking through the cheap binocular, I'll be singing songs or count backwards with my LO. Some would recommend follow the eye ball game for older child, but then at her age, she's contented with this at the moment :P I'm interested in the rectangular shape paper binocular. Would appreciate if anyone here can teach me how to hand made this. TQ!
